2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and the content of messages or forms you submit through this website. We also collect anonymised usage data (page views, referrers) to improve the site. We do not collect payment card data directly; payments are processed by third-party providers.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver services you have engaged us for, send transactional emails (e.g., quote confirmations, booking confirmations), and, with your consent, send occasional newsletters. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis (GDPR / African data protection laws)

Where applicable, we process your data on the basis of (a) contract — to fulfil services you have requested; (b) legitimate interest — to communicate with prospective clients; or (c) consent — for marketing communications.

5. Data retention

We retain contact enquiry data for up to 36 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Booking and invoice records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.

7. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (session management). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if used, operate in anonymised, cookieless mode.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via a banner on this website.
