By using this website or engaging MATABARO TECH Ltd for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Services

MATABARO TECH Ltd provides IT consulting, software development, and related digital services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual property

Content on this website — text, graphics, logos — is the property of MATABARO TECH Ltd unless otherwise noted. Software deliverables are governed by the IP clause in the applicable SoW.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATABARO TECH Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kigali, Rwanda, unless a separate governing law clause is agreed in writing.
